What Does Dior Homme Intense Smell Like?

Iris note often has a scent similar to that of lipstick, which is one reason why it is frequently utilised in feminine perfumes.
Even though it contains a significant amount of iris, the basic Dior Homme (2011) fragrance has a perfume that is intensely manly and seductive, and it will infuse you with a chivalrous attitude.

As I’ve already indicated, Dior Homme Intense is a clear fragrance. This means that it smells just as it should, that it justifies each and every note, and that it lives up to the expectations.
You will receive a lot of praises if you wear Dior Homme Intense, but you should be aware not everyone will appreciate the iris-forward aroma it gives off. Everything doesn’t matter how expertly it was mixed; some people’s noses just don’t like the way powdered fragrances feel.
What is the longevity of the Dior Homme Intense fragrance?
Dior Homme Intense has a longevity of up to 9–10 hours and projects beautifully for the first 2 hours after application.
It is a strong aroma that trails gorgeous traces behind you for around two to three feet.
The duration of Dior Homme Intense is just another one of its many admirable qualities. For the first two or even three hours after application, the fragrance will develop nicely around you, and during this time, you will receive the majority of the comments.
After the first burst of scent, it will settle in close to the surface of the skin, but everyone who comes into close proximity to you will be able to notice it.

Dior Homme Intense is a concentrated EDP fragrance, but just five or six sprays are needed to bring out the fragrance’s fullest potential. You can spray it twice behind your ears, once in the hollow of your collarbone, twice on each wrist, and one behind your head. Alternatively, you can spray it in the hollow of your collarbone.
I find that Dior Homme Intense is a fragrance that can be overapplied, and because it isn’t a mass-appealing beast, you should definitely avoid applying too many sprays all at once. Since it isn’t a mass-appealing beast, I find that it is a scent that can be overapplied.
It is important not to use more than one spray on the very same location because doing so would prevent the aroma from going through its natural opening process. It is always best to reapply the fragrance a few hours later, once you have the impression that it has lost some of its potency.

Has the recipe for Dior Homme Intense Been Modified?
Dior Homme Intense has not really been reformulated as of the time this article was written (June 2022). There were rumors’ circulating in 2020 that the recipe had been altered, but in truth, the only thing that had changed was the appearance of the bottle.
Everyone, like myself, thought that they decided to reformulate it in 2020 because Dior wanted to change the packing materials of the Dior Homme Intense version, which wouldn’t have been surprising given that they have done it before. In 2020, Dior chose to change the packaging of the Dior Homme Intense version.
You will undoubtedly run into someone who will tell you that they have both the 2011 and 2020 versions of the game and that they are very different from one another. This is the rationale behind why that is.
If you have owned a bottle of Dior Homme Intense over several years now (and you have used it at least once), the years of corrosion have changed the way that it smelled when it was first opened. The bottle now only contains the heavier molecules because the lighter molecules have evaporated.
Because of this, your bottle of Dior Homme Intense 2011 will not be identical to the “new” version that will be released in 2020, as the only difference between the two will be the packaging.
On the other hand, in this narrative, the original formulation of ordinary Dior Homme has been altered, whilst Dior Homme Intense has just seen a change in design.

Is Dior Homme Intense Worth the Price?
Taking into account not only its exclusivity, effectiveness, and aroma, but also its cost, Dior Homme Intense is unquestionably deserving of a spot in any man’s collection.
Dior has succeeded in producing the ideal fragrance for a cavalier; it is a perfume that will convey a tale of elegance and status, but it can be purchased for the same cost as a regular designer fragrance.
So someone with no or little experience just wouldn’t actually be able to see how this fragrance is a genuine piece of art, I would not say that this fragrance would fit into beginner-friendly perfumes (like Dior Sauvage for example). Instead, I would say that this perfume does not belong in the category of beginner-friendly fragrances. This does not mean that you shouldn’t get it if you have far less experience; if you want to try, feel free to do so; however, keep in mind that you will have a much better understanding of this perfume after you’ve tried quite a few different perfumes.
In either case, Dior Homme Intense is undeniably a fragrance that practically every collector ought to have in their collection, even though it is not suitable for everyone who puts perfume on their skin.
